This weekend....

was a blast! We started the "weekend" on Friday....and if I was still in college, the "weekend" would have started on Thursday:). Anyway, :) we went to Lake Lanier Islands...for the first time, I know....we live 10 mins away and spend A LOT of time on Lake Lanier...every weekend....but would you have wanted to take BOTH girls last summer?? We went with a bunch of our favorite friends...unfortunately, I only got ONE picture (in the parking lot before entering....with one of our cutest and sweetest friends,Anslee) as I did NOT carry my "not waterproof" camera around the "islands"!!! We had so much fun! We will DEFINITELY be buying season passes for next summer....and will probably even go back before school starts...even though if we go a second time, we will have spent MORE than the season passes cost....just my luck:). Saturday, we were on the lake with Mitchell and Katie...and of course, the "Bolands"....with the best dock EVER!!! Tons of fun was had by ALL and it was a LONG day...no pics of Saturday. Today, Sunday, we slept late...I mean...this is a huge blessing! Seriously....the girls have been MORE THAN BUSY this summer and bedtime has been definitely delayed....bad news for "school" starting on August 2nd...we'll adjust.....so, we "skipped church" ( we really should have gone...but Brandon and I were so tired too) and went to Sim's Park! Love it! The girls were trying out some of their new "tennis outfits and shoes (the first real tennis shoes they have EVER had...as they ONLY wear flip flops and patten leather shoes)! Don't they look so cute??? Love the park pics...stay tuned for "tennis camp" pics... Monday-Thursday!!!!! LOVE it! Can't wait! Their tennis skirts are just toooooo cute!
